Chicken Nuggets Marinated Quail Eggs

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces.

Put the chicken thighs in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and a few slices of ginger to marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash and cook the quail eggs and peel them out with a knife.

Add the chicken pieces in a hot pan with cold oil and stir fry.
