Chicken Rice Flower

1. Wash chicken breasts and cut into pieces, add salt

2. Add cooking wine

3. Add the pepper powder and marinate for ten minutes.

4. Prepare the bread crumbs, starch, and eggs to be beaten into egg liquid

5. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with starch

6. Roll in the egg

7. Coat the bread crumbs and fry them in a hot oil pan until golden brown.

8. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's delicious.
