Chicken Rice Flower

Wash the chicken breast and cut into small pieces, add cooking wine, pepper, salt and egg liquid to marinate for 30 minutes

Coat the marinated chicken breasts in flour

Chicken breasts are all wrapped in flour

Heat oil in the pot (more oil), and fry the chicken breasts

Sprinkle some cumin powder on the fried chicken rice flower and it's OK
