Chicken Roasted Edamame

A young rooster is about 550 grams

Clean and chop into pieces

Cut green onion, slice ginger, more garlic cloves about 15 pieces, dry chili, star anise, edamame, wash and set aside

Pour oil into the wok, add green onion, ginger, dried chili, and star anise until fragrant

Pour the chicken nuggets and stir-fry until they are broken. Add cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, and water (without the chicken nuggets). Bring to a low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add edamame and garlic cloves after 30 minutes and stir fry

Boil for another 10 minutes, and then dry the soup.
Tips:
1. It is best to choose the young cock of the year;
2. The garlic cloves must be more, don't pour it into the pot too early, you won't be able to eat it if it is too rotten.
