Chicken Sausage Bake

Beat three eggs in a bowl, add five grams of salt and five grams of pepper and stir well.

Slice the chicken intestines obliquely.

Wash and mince the shallots.
4.
Heat the oil, and the sausage slices form a shape in the pan.
5.
Gently pour the egg mixture, cover the pot, and bake for two minutes at minimum heat.
6.
Cover the pot, quickly turn the pan upside down, and then pour the omelette from the lid into the pot.
7.
Turn it over again, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and cut into pieces.
Tips:
1. The pan inverted method is convenient for turning over omelets and the like.
2. If you like all kinds of sauces, you can also add them.
