Chicken Shaved Tofu

Tofu set aside.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections. The leaves and stems are placed separately.

Wash the dried shrimps and set aside. Slice garlic.

After the oil is hot in the pan, fry the leek stems first and serve.

Add more oil to the pot, add garlic slices and saute, add shrimp skins and stir fry.

Add tofu and stir fry, and chop the tofu with a spatula.

Season with oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add a little water and cook for a while.

When the soup becomes less, add leek leaves and stems and fry a few times, add salt, pepper, and chicken essence to taste. Add water and starch to thicken.

Tips:
The leek stems are not well cooked, so fry them first. It can also be omitted. The tofu does not need to be chopped too much. Friends who like meat can add some minced meat.
