Chicken Shredded with Onion

Prepare the materials;

Wash the chicken breasts, add cold water to the pot, add two slices of ginger, turn to a low heat and continue to cook for a few minutes;

Cook the chicken, which can be easily pierced through with chopsticks;

Take out the chicken, let it cool completely, and tear it into shreds. This step is the most cumbersome part of this dish, don't worry, tear it slowly. I like to tear the chicken into small pieces and squeeze it loosely, it feels easier to tear;

Shred the onion;

Prepare the seasoning, and if you like spicy food, you can also prepare some red oil;

Tips:
1. For this dish, you can use chicken breasts, chicken meat removed from boiled chicken broth, or meat removed from stewed bone broth. There are no major restrictions;
2. If you think purple onions are spicy, you can also use yellow onions, but the nutritional value of purple onions is higher, and it tastes very good when made;
3. Various seasonings can be adjusted according to your preference.
