Chicken Soup Noodles

The old hen adds the green onion and simmers the soup for 3 hours.

Prepare half a bowl of chicken broth, eggs, and dried noodles.

Pour the chicken broth into the stock pot and bring to a boil with a small bowl of water.
4.
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes until there are no white spots at the breaking point of the noodles.
5.
Lay the eggs, boil them if you like thin yellow, and cook them thoroughly if you like solid yellow, sprinkle with salt, MSG, and mix thoroughly.
6.
Put it into a bowl.
