Chicken Soup Stewed with Taro

Cut the chicken into cold water and blanch it in the pot to remove blood foam

The blanched chicken nuggets are then rinsed with hot water to completely remove blood foam and control the water for later use

Add boiling water to the pot, add chicken nuggets, add star anise, pepper, ginger and dried chili to boil over high heat and simmer for 15 minutes

When stewing chicken, treat the taro and rinse with water

Peel the skin and soak in water to prevent oxidation and blackening

After the chicken is simmered for 15 minutes, add taro

Add salt and pepper, turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 15 minutes after the high heat is boiled

When the stew is done, add the chives when serving.
