Chicken Soup Wonton Claypot

Take out the chicken, defrost, add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, and rice wine, and simmer slowly.

Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and carrots, seasoning before finishing.

Take another pot, boil the water, add the wontons and cook until they are 90% cooked.
4.
Remove and drain, add chicken broth and boil on high heat.
