Chicken Spit Potato Soup

1. The chicken fork is washed and ready.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces ready.

3. Boil the chicken fork with boiling water. (This step is gone. It may be busy. I forgot to take a picture. Please remember to blanch it). Put in the blanched chicken fork and potatoes and boil in water. . Add scallions and star anise.

4. Add dried red pepper, boil on high heat and cook on medium to low heat, remove the frothed meat in the middle.

5. Twenty minutes later, the potato noodles are ready, and the chicken fork is cooked. Just add some salt. It's very fresh. I don't think it is necessary to put MSG or something.
