Chicken Wing Rice
1.
Thaw chicken wings purchased in supermarkets or vegetable farms, wash them, and dry them for later use.
2.
To remove the bones from the chicken wings, this step requires patience and skill. First, cut a knife between the two bones in the thicker side of the chicken wings.
3.
Cut along the outer wall of the chicken bone a little deeper, you can see the specific positions of the two bones, and then loosen the bones of the chicken wings. While the chicken and the bones are peeled off, the chicken wings can be turned inside like a pocket. Turn it outwards to expose the two bones. Hold the smaller bone and turn it around a few times to separate the flesh and bones. The other bone will be easily removed by pinching and turning it a few times. Remove a few more bones in the chicken wings to be able to manipulate it skillfully.
4.
Remove the bones from all the chicken wings for use.
5.
Sprinkle the Orleans grilled chicken wings seasoning on the chicken wings, I use the Koke Yibai one here.
6.
Mix the seasoning with the chicken wings by hand, and massage the chicken wings to fully penetrate the flavor, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
7.
When marinating, chop chives, onions, and sausages.
8.
Next, prepare the fillings, heat the pan and add an appropriate amount of salad oil.
9.
Pour in the chopped onion and stir fry for a fragrant.
10.
Adding leftover rice, in fact, it’s better if you have steamed glutinous rice, because I use leftover rice at home. The stickiness of glutinous rice will make the taste better.
11.
Add chopped sausage diced, the sausage I used is made by myself.
12.
Add a small amount of salt and chives to taste according to the taste before stir-frying.
13.
Put the fillings into a bowl and set aside.
14.
Take one chicken wing, and stuff the chicken wing with the larger mouth with fillings. Don't overfill the fillings.
15.
Place the stuffed chicken wings evenly on the baking tray, and preheat the oven in advance.
16.
The oven temperature is set to 170 degrees and the time is 10 minutes. (Each oven brand is different, temperature and time are for reference only)
17.
Take out the chicken wings, use a brush to apply a layer of honey evenly on the surface of each chicken wing, then turn it over and continue to brush the honey.
18.
Put the honey-brushed chicken wings in the oven again, the temperature is still 170 degrees, and continue to bake for 10 minutes before eating.
19.
One bite of food is one bite of rice, delicious and juicy, children love it!
