The rice used here is Wuchang rice from the small producing area Daohuaxiang Wuchang. Wuchang City is the core producing area of Daohuaxiang No. 2. The Songnen Plain is moistened by warm currents, and the basin is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The soil is fertile and the rice grains are full. You only need to gently grasp it with your hands. It will leave a rich fragrance of rice.

Chicken Wing Rice

1. Wash chicken wings and remove the bones

2. Add ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, lemon, honey, marinate for 20 minutes

3. Prepare the rice and mix it with your favorite ingredients. This time we use corn, carrots, cucumber, ham, and onion

4. Raise the pot and heat oil, add the side dishes one by one, and stir-fry until they are broken

5. Add small-origin Wufeng small-origin Wuchang rice flower fragrant rice, add egg liquid and stir-fry evenly

6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to taste before serving

7. Slowly stuff the fried rice into the chicken wing belly

8. Bake the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, waiting for the delicious food
