Once in Melbourne, I ate a simple Japanese meal and ordered a chicken onion soup. I still remember the faint onion flavor and sweet soup. I researched it by myself today, I hope you like it! "

Ingredients

Chicken Wings Onion Soup

1. Wash chicken wings and cut into sections.

2. 2 whole onions, peel off the skin and wash the roots.

3. Cut 1/4 onion into small pieces, and cut courgette, carrot and celery into small pieces.

4. Heat a saucepan, pour in a little olive oil, and stir-fry chicken wings until golden surface.

5. Pour in the cut vegetable pieces and stir fry.

6. Pour in ready-made chicken broth.

7. Then add the whole onion, boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 and a half hours.

8. Season with salt and serve.

Tips:

1. There is no ready-made chicken soup, you can use other stock or chicken essence + water.
2. The chicken stewing time can be adjusted as appropriate. Just reach the level you like. Of course, the longer the simmering time, the better the soup.
