Chicken Wings with Curry Potatoes

Prepare curry, ginger, potatoes, carrots and chicken wings

Soak the chicken wings for more than half an hour, change the water in the middle to soak the blood on both sides, put the water in the pot to boil, add the chicken wings and add the cooking wine to blanch the water and remove it.

Wash and drain chicken wings, cut two chicken wings, add ginger and light soy sauce ➕ cooking wine ➕ salt and marinate for half an hour

Wash carrots and potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until they are slightly yellow

Put ginger cubes, potato carrot cubes, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry a few times

Pour in enough boiling water to cover the chicken wings

Put in an appropriate amount of curry cubes, bring to a boil on high heat, melt the curry and stir evenly

Turn to low heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, add salt to taste, add sauce to high heat and serve
