Chiffon Cake

Prepare the ingredients, mix all the auxiliary materials evenly, add glutinous rice flour, and mix into a delicate custard.

Put the egg whites in the cook machine to beat, add vinegar and salt, and when it's thickly soaked, add one third of the sugar.

When the egg whites are soaked, add one third of the sugar.

When the egg whites have lines, add the last sugar to beat them until it becomes hard.

Two 8-inch molds are ready, stir the egg whites and egg yolks evenly, and pour them into the molds.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
