Children are prone to iron deficiency, especially two or three-year-old children. My child is also iron-deficient. I made this iron-supplemented dumpling.

Children's Dumplings (iron Supplement)

1. Wash celery and cut into sections soak in water for a while.

2. Black fungus bubble hair.

3. The celery is broken up with a food processor.

4. The celery squeezes out the juice.

5. Put the celery juice and the dough aside to wake up for a while.

6. Finely chop the fungus.

7. Mince scallion and ginger.

8. Add water to the pork filling to make a slurry, add green onion, ginger, chicken essence, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, edible oil, and mix well.

9. Add celery and fungus.

10. Divide the dough into small pieces.

11. Roll into dough.

12. Make dumplings.

Tips:

Children do not need to add salt to eat, and there is a lot of salt in the condiments.
