Chili and Cumin Chicken Slices

Wash the chicken breast, remove the fascia, cut into thin slices, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and sweet potato starch to mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the peppers and onions, cut the peppers diagonally into pepper rings, and shred the onions.

Put the marinated chicken slices in a non-stick pan and fry them until they are served.

Stir-fry the ginger slices for a fragrance.

Pour in the chili and stir fry until the chili is soft.

Pour in the shredded onion and stir fry until the onion becomes transparent.
7.
Pour in the fried chicken slices and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Add some light soy sauce.
9.
Add cumin and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Cumin is best eaten and ground. It is delicious if it is ground into small pieces. Do not use commercially available powder, which is not fragrant.
