Chili Mixed with Mung Bean Sprouts

The mung bean sprouts bought from the market are soaked in water and cleaned.

Boil the water quickly in boiling water. After removing it, let it cool and boil the water, remove the dried water and set it on a plate for later use.

The peppers are cleaned.

Shred the pepper and put it on the mung bean sprouts.
