Chili Oil Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Prepare cabbage gang and black fungus after soaking hair;

Soak the cabbage gang in salt water for about 20 minutes;

Wash the soaked cabbage and cut into small diamond-shaped pieces;

Soaked black fungus blanched;

Put the pieces of cabbage and fungus in a large bowl, and put a little red pepper diced for garnish;

Put sugar, rice vinegar, light soy sauce in the seasoning bowl, add a tablespoon of cold water and mix well;

Pour the well-mixed sauce into the pot and cook until bubbling on the side of the pot;

Pour into the cabbage while it is hot;

Tips:
Raw cabbage is more common in the north. The mixed sweet and sour cabbage has a bit of pepper and chili flavor. The amount of seasoning can be adjusted by yourself.
