1.
These dishes are all green ingredients from my sister's house, no pesticides or fertilizers, just clean them.
2.
Chopped chili
3.
Chop garlic or use garlic tongs to mince
4.
Peanuts are roasted, peeled and crushed.
5.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the peppercorns, take out and discard, then saute the minced garlic, leave a little bit of the minced garlic, put it out of the pan, the garlic is fragrant.
6.
Add the crushed chili, stir fry, and fry until the chili has no moisture.
7.
Add the bean paste, stir fry, and fry for a fragrant flavor.
8.
Add the ground peanuts, ground coriander, and remaining garlic, and stir fry.
9.
Turn off the heat, add salt and mushroom powder to taste. If you like salty, add more salt. I didn't add salt. The bean paste has saltiness. Because it is not very salty, I ate it all on the same day.
10.
Out of the pot.
