Chilled Chili

Scorch the skin of the raw chili peppers in a convenient way around you to produce a fragrant aroma.

Let the burned peppers cool or rinse with cold water, peel off the epidermis, remove the pedicles of the peppers, wash and install.
3.
Tear the chili into small strips and put it on a plate, mix all the spices in a bowl and pour it on the chili, mix with chopsticks and serve.
Tips:
Your hands will be hot when you tear the peppers, so it will be better if you put some sesame oil on your hands or wear gloves.
