Chilled Lemon Grain Shrimp
1.
After buying the big head prawns, cut off the hair and whiskers and rinse them.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water and green onion ginger in a pot to bring to a boil.
3.
After boiling, pour the prawns and the cooking wine can pour more to get rid of fishy.
4.
Drain the cooked shrimp and let it cool, pour in 150 ml of gravy, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, and pour in an appropriate amount of cold boil to completely submerge the shrimp.
5.
Finally put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Tips:
Because the gravy itself is already very salty, there is no need to add salt when cooking the shrimp. Also, the amount of bad bittern and cold water should be controlled well. The longer the chilling time, the smaller the proportion of bad bittern, otherwise it will be really salty!
