Chinese Cabbage and Enoki Mushroom Roll

Wash the vegetable dishes and use the enoki mushrooms to remove the stalks for later use.

Bring water to a boil, pour in Chinese cabbage leaves and cook until use.

Enoki mushrooms are cooked and set aside.

Take part of the enoki mushroom and place it on top of the Chinese cabbage.

Roll it up for the sauce: take part of the warm water, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, put it into the warm water, add a little salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar and stir well.

Pour the sauce onto the cabbage rolls.
