Chinese Cabbage and Pork Buns

First prepare one of the ingredients: self-raising powder

Mix the noodles with 35° water, stir while adding water with chopsticks, and adjust it into a flocculent shape.

Knead it into a ball, cover it with a damp cloth and let it sit in a warm place for 2 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing ingredients: washed cabbage, green onions, ginger and minced meat.

Add light soy sauce, chicken powder, five-spice powder, pepper, and sesame oil, mix well.
