I don’t know if it’s a dark dish or not~ but it’s always good to eat alone. Mix and match what you have at home and cook together. Fungus, eggs, green vegetables are all very good vegetarian materials, you can try if you like.

Chinese Cabbage Fungus and Egg Soup

1. Wash the cabbage and fungus

2. Two eggs

3. Heat the oil in the pan

4. Pour in the egg mixture and spread it out into an omelet

5. Fry both sides~

6. Then add appropriate amount of water

7. Add fungus and bring to a boil

8. After the fungus is boiled, pour the choy sum and bring it to a boil

9. Bring to a boil until the choy sum is cooked through, add salt to taste

Tips:

If the fungus is dry, soak it in advance
