Chinese Cabbage Heart
1.
Prepare choy sum and appropriate amount of dried chili.
2.
Put it in the pot and cook the choy sum.
3.
Cut dried chili into small pieces.
4.
The cooked choy sum is drained and put on a plate, and an appropriate amount of umami soy sauce is prepared. The amount of soy sauce is appropriately added according to personal taste. (If you don’t have umami soy sauce, you can add boiling water, monosodium glutamate, and sugar to make a suitable amount of ordinary soy sauce.)
5.
Pour the soy sauce into the plate. Add a small amount of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons to the wok, and pour the dried chilies after the oil is hot. Note: It only takes 2 to 3 seconds to get up the pot, and the chilies will burn after too long. The chili and oil are cooked together on the dish and it is done.
