Chinese Cabbage Porridge

Wash the rice and put it in a boiling pot, preferably soaking for a while.

Cut the bok choy into small pieces.

Cook the porridge over medium heat and add the cabbage when the porridge is almost ready.

Stir well and continue to cook for two or three minutes.

Add the right amount of salt and season the chicken essence.
