Chinese Pizza

Add water and two eggs to the flour, mix well

Wash the leeks and cut into sections

Wash the shrimps, dice, and marinate them with salt for flavor
4.
Pour the leeks and shrimp into the mixed roux, continue to stir evenly, add appropriate amount of salt to taste
5.
Put a little oil in a pan, pour in the well-mixed roux when the 6th layer is hot, spread out into a circle, fry on both sides until golden and ready to be out of the pan
Tips:
1. The amount of leeks can be determined according to personal taste. I prefer the fragrance of leeks
2. When mixing the roux, it must be fully stirred, and it cannot be solidified into a dough, which will affect the final taste
3. When frying, you can poke with chopsticks to see if the inside of the cake is cooked through
