Chinese Savior Crepe

Mix the three powders. These materials can be used to make 3 cakes in a 24CM pan.

Slowly add water and stir to form a non-grainy batter.

Prepare the ingredients, chop the mustard greens, chopped green onions, garlic chili sauce and sweet noodle sauce with a little sugar and stir to make a sweet chili sauce.

Tips:
1. The consistency of the batter is very important. If it is too thin, it is difficult to form a crust.
2. The crust material can be selected according to the actual situation, such as millet noodles, sorghum noodles, and soba noodles.
3. Turn over until the egg is solidified.
