Chinese Steak
1.
Use the back of a knife to knock the steak loosely, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tender meat powder, black pepper diced, and marinate in oil to taste.
2.
Cut shallots and tomatoes into small cubes.
3.
Heat the pan and add olive oil.
4.
Add the marinated beef steak and fry until it is nine mature. (I don't dare to eat bloody ones.) It can only be cooked a little bit.
5.
Fry and put on the plate.
6.
Use cornstarch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, add water to make a little juice.
7.
Saute the shallots in the pot, add the diced tomatoes, stir fry, add the mixed cornstarch juice, and cook until thick.
8.
Pour the sauce.
Tips:
There is no gorgeous display, but there is a real taste, a strong black pepper flavor!
