Chinese Wolfberry Wonton

Preparation materials: pork stuffing, dried shrimps (soak dried shrimps in warm water in advance until soft), carrots (chopped)

Add dried shrimps, chopped carrots, salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and stir evenly into the meat; use chopsticks to beat the mixed meat in the same direction to form tendons;

Prepare goji berry leaves and wonton skins;

Then take a piece of wonton wrapper and put it in the palm of your hand;

Put an appropriate amount of minced meat on 1/3 of the wonton wrapper, wrap it up as shown in the figure, and stick it tightly;

Remove branches and wash the wolfberry leaves;

Stir it with a colander to prevent sticking to the bottom. Add peanut oil, salt and pepper to taste. Keep it on medium heat. After the soup is boiled, pour in about 100ml of cold water. Continue to boil until it boils and pour in cold water again. Add cold water at least 2-3 times. ;
