Chinese Yam, Red Date, Gorgon and Mixed Grain Congee
1.
Wash the gorgon and soak in advance.
2.
Take out the corn grits and millet. (You can add the ingredients you like at will, but it should be matched with the long yam)
3.
Wash the red dates and set aside.
4.
Wash the long yam, peel off the skin, cut the hob into large pieces, the small pieces will melt away, because the gorgon needs a long cooking time.
5.
Add water to the pot, add red dates and gorgon, and cook. After the pot is boiled, put in the washed millet, corn grits and yam, add a few drops of oil (to prevent overflow) and cover. After the high heat is boiled, change to low heat and cook for about 60 minutes. After cooking, simmer for a while before uncovering.
6.
Cooked porridge.
7.
Pour out the bowl of porridge.
