Chive Butter Crackers

Materials needed (salt and sugar mixed with low powder)

After the butter has softened at room temperature, use a whisk to beat a few times, add the egg liquid in two times and beat until the volume is enlarged

Sift in low powder and knead into a dough

Then add chopped green onion

Half knead and half knead into a ball

Take a small amount of dough with your hands, round it, and then use a fork to make marks on it. Put it in the baking tray (lay tin foil underneath)

Preheat the oven in advance, put it into the oven, and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes
Tips:
1. There is no need to knead too long and too hard when mixing the dough, just form a dough
2. The oven time depends on the temperament of each oven
