Chive Flower

Pick and wash the leeks, and place them in a basin under water control for later use.

Add salt and ginger foam to marinate for 20 minutes.

Use a meat grinder or food processor to put the marinated leeks into the machine and crush them.

Put the twisted chives into a clean, water-free and oil-free bottle, cover with plastic wrap, and put them in a cool and dry place. After pickling for about 10 days, you can eat fresh chives.
Tips:
Leek flowers are made clean, hygienic, good taste, bright green in color and rich in taste. What I bought was either yellowish in color, or too thin and too salty. No additives are added!
