Chive Ham Fancy Bread

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order and start the kneading program. (Do not put scallion and ham in the bread machine)

After kneading for 15 minutes, the bread machine pauses, add small pieces of softened butter, and continue kneading for 20 minutes.

Knead the dough, and then start the fermentation process, ferment to the elder, poke with a finger with flour, the dough does not shrink.

Divide the fermented dough into six small portions of similar weight.

Take off the coat of the ham.

Take out a small dough and roll it into a piece of ham that is about the same length as the ham. It can't be rolled too thin.
