Chive Pork Floss Rolls

Put milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and butter in the bread bucket, then add high flour and yeast powder. Bread flour: I use Weiliang and Xinliang. Yeast powder: I use Yishite red envelope combo and are available on Taobao.

Ferment in the oven to 2.5 times the size. (The bread surface is brushed with oil before fermentation to prevent it from drying out. The surface of the bread after brushing with oil does not need to be covered with a cover such as plastic wrap)
