Chive Soda Crackers

.Chop the spring onion, drain the water, add the yeast to the warm milk to dissolve

Mix the flour with baking soda, salt, oil, sugar, monosodium glutamate and milk

Knead into a smooth dough

Add green onions and knead into the dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes

Roll out into a thinner rectangle

Carve out the shape with a mold

Bake the baking tray with oil, put the biscuits, and fork the holes

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and wake up for another 10 minutes

Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 12 minutes
Tips:
Drain the scallions and roll them thinly if they are crispy
