Chive Souffle Cookies

1. Put the milk in a small pot and heat it to 40 degrees.

2. Add yeast and stir to dissolve.

3. Chop the green onions.

4. Put green onions, salt, oil, and soda in the milk.

5. Then add the flour.

6. Knead it into a soft dough and leave it on for ten minutes.

7. Roll the noodles into thin slices.

8. Use a mold to press out the shape.

9. Take the extra noodles.

10. Put greased paper in the baking tray and put biscuits on it.

11. Poke a small hole with a toothpick.

12. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put it in a baking tray, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
