Chive Taro

Remove the flowers from the leek moss, wash and cut short.

Peel the taro, wash and cut into pieces.
3.
Put oil in the pot, fry the taro first, add some water and cook for a while.
4.
When the taro is a little soft, pour in the leek and stir fry.
5.
Add the right amount of salt.
6.
Add a little more water and stir fry.
