Chives and Egg Pancakes

Add the chopped chives and dried shrimp skin to the egg mixture.

Add water and high-gluten flour and stir it into a paste. I forgot to take the picture after mixing it evenly.

Heat the pan on the pan, let the pan with cool oil, heat, pour in the stirred paste, and turn to thin.

Turn it over after setting.

Fry on both sides until slightly yellow.

It is more delicious when it is served out of the pot and served with small pickles.
