Chives and Egg Pancakes

Wash the leek and drain

Cut the drained leek into cubes

Add flour and water to the bowl

Add minced chives and half a teaspoon of salt

Tips:
You should choose fresh and tender leek, not too thick, the color is green, and the whitish ones are already old. It is best to pinch them with your nails when you buy them. If you can't pinch them, don't buy them.
