Chives Sesame Soda Crackers

1. Prepare materials;

2. Add yeast to 55g warm water and mix well;

3. Sift in low powder and stir into floc with chopsticks;

4. Add chives, sesame seeds, baking soda, and salt to form a dough;

5. Add butter

6. Knead into a moderately hard dough;

7. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes;

8. Roll out into thin slices;

9. Use toothpicks or forks to pierce the small holes to prevent thermal expansion;

10. Carve out the shape you like with a mold;

11. Bake in the oven at 160° for 12-15 minutes.
