Chixiaodou White Fungus Soup

Soak the white fungus, lotus seeds, and chixiaodou overnight.

The lotus seeds go out of bitter core.
3.
Cut off the yellow part at the bottom of the white fungus and tear it into blossoms.
4.
Put the white fungus, lotus seeds, and red beans in a casserole.
5.
Add the right amount of water all at once. Start the high-end mode and simmer for three hours.
6.
Add sugar.
Tips:
If you want the white fungus to be softer, you should simmer it for a longer time. The white sugar can be replaced with brown sugar.
