Take out the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Add cocoa powder to one portion and knead until the dough is uniform in color. Put the two doughs into the bread machine again, separated by greased paper, for the first fermentation, about 45 minutes.

When the dough is fermenting, make cheese filling, first boil a pot of hot water and turn off the heat.

Put a metal container on the pot, put cream cheese in the container, use steam to soften the cheese, while stirring.

When the cream cheese melts smoothly, add the chocolate, use the remaining temperature to melt the chocolate, and mix well.

Tips:
If the cheese filling is too greasy, you can change it to your favorite filling.
Cocoa powder can also be replaced with matcha powder or the like, and the color will be different.
