Bread flour, milk powder, sugar, yeast, and salt are put into the mixing bucket of the chef's machine.
2.
Stir roughly and add water.

The chef kneads the noodles, the first gear knead the dough and then the second gear.
4.
This is the state of the dough after kneading for about 12 minutes in the second gear.
5.
Add softened butter and knead for 2-3 minutes at level 1, then switch to level 2 for kneading. Later, I switched to level 3 for kneading for about 5 minutes. Knead the dough for a total of 10-12 minutes after adding the butter.
6.
This is the final kneaded dough. The film can be pulled out, but it is not very thin and not strong enough. It is fine for ordinary bread. If you make toast, continue to knead the dough.
7.
Round the dough, put it directly into the cook machine, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap or damp cloth, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to 1.5-2 times its size.

After taking out the finished product, transfer it to the grilling net to cool in time.
