This time I used the oven to make the puffs. The filling was filled with chocolate cream and sprinkled with pearl candy. It was not only good-looking and more delicious.

Chocolate Pearl Puffs

1. Cut oil into small pieces, add water, salt, and sugar

2. Bring to a boil and remove from fire

3. Pour in the sifted flour at one time, heat on a low heat, and stir quickly until there is no powder

4. Add a little egg liquid and mix well with the batter, then add a little egg liquid and mix evenly

5. Until the consistency of the batter slips off the spoon to form an inverted triangle

6. Put it in the piping bag

7. Squeeze it onto the baking tray (or a small spoon if you don’t have one), stick some water on your hands to flatten the squeezed tip

8. Sprinkle some pearl sugar on each puff

9. Put the baking tray in the oven, middle level, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. (The temperature is adjusted according to your own oven)

10. Puffs are out of the oven and put to dry

11. Cut a small cut at one-third of the puff

12. Squeeze in the chocolate cream frosting

13. Squeeze in the chocolate cream frosting

14. Finished product

Tips:

You can leave it without pearl candy.
