Add egg liquid, stir evenly, and serve as chocolate filling; put the tart in the mold and relax for 20 minutes; put the mold into the preheated oven, 200 degrees, bake until slightly golden brown, about 15 minutes

Fill the baked tart with chocolate filling, put it in the oven again, reduce the temperature to 190 degrees, bake until the filling is set, about 20 minutes
Tips:
1. When baking the tapioca, don't bake it for too long, just slightly golden brown, otherwise the color will be too dark during the second baking;
2. The ingredients of filling and tapi should be adjusted according to the actual situation (because different trays, even if the diameter is the same, the depth may be different).
