Choked Peanuts

Boil peanuts in a pot under cold water over high heat-cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, add salt when cooking the peanuts. I have a spoonful, so the peanuts will taste very fragrant.

In the process of cooking the peanuts, blanch the celery and carrot slices with boiling water and remove them for later use.

When the peanuts are cool, prepare a fresh-keeping box. Put salt, spicy oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, monosodium glutamate in it.

Celery leaves can be put directly into the container without boiling water

Put all the main dishes in the container and mix well.

When it's mixed, taste it first. If it's light, you can add some salt to taste. Don't put too much salt in the beginning!
Tips:
Friends who like spicy food can put some, but my daughter can’t eat too spicy food. I didn't put too much, there are not so many peanuts at home today. If there is more, I will make more, because it will not break in the crisper. It tastes better every day 😋
