Choking Lettuce

Remove the stalks and old leaves of the lettuce, wash it, soak it in light salt water, and then rinse it off. Tear into small pieces, put it in a cold white boil with ice cubes, soak for about 15 minutes, remove and drain the water for later use

Put a little base oil in a hot pan, add dried red pepper and sauté until fragrant, turn off the heat. Then add minced garlic, white vinegar, light soy sauce, Maggi fresh soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, and salt to make a flavored sauce

Pour in the drained lettuce, drip a little sesame oil and mix well
Tips:
1. Soaking lettuce in light salt water is more hygienic and healthier; tearing off the small pieces and soaking in cold boiled water with ice will increase the crisp and refreshing taste of lettuce
2. Red chili will be more fragrant if it is fried, so don't be lazy and use chili oil directly.
